Jonas Mekas Tribute Screenings at Anthology Film Archives January 23-29

Noting the first anniversary of his passing, Anthology Film Archives is presenting the 35mm restoration premiere of Jonas Mekas’ 1962 feature GUNS OF THE TREES, in addition to several other important works of his in the series Jonas Mekas Tribute Screenings. Included in Part 4: Arts and Culture is also AWARD PRESENTATION TO ANDY WARHOL (1964). Both of these titles, and others, are distributed by Gartenberg Media to the North American Institutional market.
